Sound like a familiar situation? That quote was from Hitler's inner circle member Hermann Goering during the Nuremberg war crimes trials. Doubtless, we will hear similar sentiments from Bush's cabinet when he is prosecuted. Ask yourself... why was Microsoft essentialy "pardoned" from any real antitrust action being taken place against them by Bush shortly after he stole the election with Diebold voting machines running Microsoft software? Coincidence? I think not.

Lessig: The Microsoft case was lost because George Bush decided to end it. Had he not become the president, there would have been a real remedy.
